Refund Policy

A short, honest policy: if Unfolly Pro doesn't work as advertised, we'll refund you. EU consumer rights apply on top.

Short version: If a Pro feature is broken and we can't fix it for you, we refund your latest payment. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Merchant of record

All Unfolly Pro payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record. LemonSqueezy is responsible for billing, taxes, invoices, and refunds. The charge on your bank or card statement will appear as LEMONSQUEEZY*UNFOLLY or similar.

This means refund requests are ultimately processed by LemonSqueezy. We coordinate the decision with them on your behalf — you don't need to chase two parties.

Bug-based refunds

Unfolly's standard policy is to issue a refund when the extension does not deliver an advertised Pro feature for you. This includes situations like:

Before issuing a refund we will normally try to help you fix the problem first — most issues are resolved with a quick reinstall, browser update, or settings change. If we can't fix it, you get your money back.

EU / UK 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of placing the order, without giving any reason — except where you have started to use the digital content and you expressly waived this right at checkout.

Because Unfolly Pro is delivered as a digital service that begins immediately, LemonSqueezy may ask you to confirm at checkout that you wish to begin using the service before the withdrawal period ends. If you confirm, the right of withdrawal ends once usage begins. We honour this statutory right wherever it applies regardless of the bug-based policy above.

What's not covered

How to request a refund

Email refund@unfolly.digital from the address you used at checkout. Include:

  1. Your LemonSqueezy order number (in the receipt email).
  2. The Pro plan (Monthly or Yearly).
  3. A short description of what isn't working — screenshots help.
  4. Your operating system and Chrome version (chrome://settings/help).

You can also request directly via the "Get help" link in your LemonSqueezy receipt email.

Processing time

We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, LemonSqueezy issues the refund to your original payment method, which typically arrives in 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you're not happy with a charge, please email us first — we'd much rather refund you directly than dispute a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being revoked and your email address being blocked from future purchases.
